MyPortfolioHost is the trading name of Roomszy Vacation Home Rental L.L.C., a DET-licensed holiday-home operator founded in Dubai in 2023.
We started by running our own units. The bookings came, but the tools we used showed revenue and occupancy, never what was actually left after every fee, bill and repair.
So we built our own software, around one number: true net. Every price, every cost and every month is judged by what lands with the owner, not by what a listing takes in.
Today we manage owners’ units exactly the way we run our own. Our team is in the numbers every week, and every owner sees the same view we do.
